What is Nummora Rewards?
It's our free loyalty program. Members collect points on every order and for things like social follows and shares, then swap those points for discounts, free shipping and painting extras. The more you paint with us, the higher your tier and the faster you earn.
How do I join?
Create a free Nummora account and you're in as a Sketcher. Your 200 welcome points are added straight away, and your first order moves you up to Colorist.
Do orders I placed before joining earn points?
Points are earned on orders placed while you're signed in to your account. If you ordered with the same email before joining and think points are missing, contact us and we'll take a look.
Do reviews earn points?
Reviews aren't rewarded with points. Instead, when you share a photo or video review of your painting, we send you a 20% off code for your next order.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay in your account as long as it's active. We'll always let you know by email before any change to the program.
How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birthday to your rewards profile and we'll add 100 bonus points each year on the day. Birthday points are available from the Colorist tier up.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in, open your rewards and choose the reward you'd like. You'll get a one-time code to enter at checkout, or the free item is added for you.
Can I combine a rewards code with other discounts?
One rewards code can be used per order. Whether it combines with a current promotion depends on that promotion's terms, which are shown at checkout.
How does the VIP Facebook group work?
From the Colorist tier, you're invited to our private Facebook group, where members share finished paintings, swap tips and hear about new designs first.
My points didn't show up after an order. What should I do?
Points usually appear shortly after your order is fulfilled. If they're still missing after a few days, email support@nummora.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
Points belong to the account that earned them and can't be moved to another account. The referral program is the best way to share the love with friends.
Points are earned on the amount paid for products, after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes and gift cards. Rewards and tiers may change; we'll let members know by email.
