Shipping policy

At Nummora, we do our best to process and ship every order quickly so you can start enjoying your paint by numbers kit as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Custom paint by numbers orders require additional preparation time and are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

During peak seasons, especially from November through December, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Tracking details will become available as soon as your package is shipped.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.95.

This shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Locations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally.

United States Orders

All U.S. orders ship from our fulfillment location in California.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

U.S. orders are typically delivered by USPS or comparable carriers, depending on the destination and service availability.

International Orders

Orders outside the United States ship from our overseas fulfillment location in China.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after the order has been shipped.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, or peak-season demand.

4. Changes to Your Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@nummora.com

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. Because U.S. orders ship quickly from our California location, the window for address changes may be short.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Nummora cannot be responsible for the delivery outcome. If the package is returned to us, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense
  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping and handling costs

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some international orders may not be deliverable to certain locations, including:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has not shown tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and help resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A refund
  • Additional support with the carrier

Please include your order number and any relevant photos if your item arrived damaged.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing afterward may not be eligible for replacement or refund. However, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and assist where possible.
